Founder Denise Searle understands your needs because she’s lived them: why a property might work for you and why it might not. A therapeutic foster carer since 2011, with her own daughter in Specialised Supported Housing and author of Supported Living 101, she knows what a property needs to do for your service. The team knows why a lovely house on one street will work but the same house on a different street won’t. They know that one property may need no adaptations at all, while another needs sensory adaptations, anti-vandal fixtures or anti-ligature fittings. They understand why off-road parking matters.

Before Lifefix works with an investor, they need to understand this is about people, not a quick BRRR strategy to pull their money straight back out. It’s a long-term approach, not a short-term flip. If all they’re interested in is yields and ROI, Lifefix won’t work with them.
If the first thing an investor asks is ‘how much rent can I get’ or ‘what’s the yield’, Lifefix won’t work with them until they understand that people come before profit.
